The Lifeguard Rescue Tube is constructed of multiple layers of closed-cell NBR foam surrounded by a heavy-duty nylon mesh and a tough, high-viscosity, waterproof vinyl outer cover that will not tear or rot. It won’t break when being towed, and the Velcro closure eliminates the risk of tripping during a patrol or in an emergency.
The adjustable buckle allows it to be worn around the waist or over the shoulder for a better fit and more comfort for rescuers.
The Rescue Tube is available in 40″ for children and 50″ for adults and is 40″ long, 6″ wide and 4″ thick. Rounded edges also increase strength, while tapered ends reduce drag and make it easier to pull through the water.
